My sales journey started early—at just nine years old, while I was in fifth grade in Colombia, I was selling candy at school. But more than anything, it was adversity that shaped me. At 17, I immigrated to Canada, facing one of the biggest challenges of my life. I didn’t speak English and had to learn from scratch.

I’ve always had a natural affinity for business. That’s why I chose to study accounting—because I believe it’s the foundation of every successful business. I earned my accounting diploma from Douglas College while working to pay for my education. My first job in Canada was in landscaping. From there, I moved into data entry, accounting, and eventually real estate.

I also worked in data analysis, which gave me the skills to read numbers, identify trends, and spot opportunities—skills that now help me guide my clients through smart, strategic decisions.

At 21, I bought my first property. At 22, I incorporated my first company in the United States. Since then, I’ve been focused on growing my real estate portfolio and helping others build theirs along the way.
